ABOUT US  The Northwind Inn sits on 116 acres located on the gold medal trout waters of the San Juan River. A limited number of 35 acre lodge sites are offered along the river banks, all with south facing level exposures overlooking the river valley and bordered by national forest.
Owners will enjoy over one mile of private fishing rights on the famous San Juan upstream trout waters. River Valley Ranch is a security gated community four miles from Pagosa Hot Springs, with private roads and water, just below Wolf Creek Pass Ski Area off of State Highway 160.
